Jordan Rudess needs no introduction. On solo tours and with prog rock legends Dream Theater, he’s wowed crowds across the world with his immortal piano & keyboard skills. On Monday April 26th at 7pm, he brings his experience and talent to Pyramind Studios in San Francisco for an evening workshop about the incredible music-making opportunities presented by the iPad. Co-presented by Roland keyboards, Jordan will also demo some of their new hardware including the Gaia SH-01 synth. And he’ll answer any questions about his career, technique, Dream Theater, and more. Tickets are $20 presale, $30 door.
April 29th, 2010 – I will be a guest soloist with the Stanford University Computer Music department April 29th, 2010, 8pm at the CCRMA Stage, Stanford University, in a special event featuring original music created on their own custom instruments which they have designed for the Iphone/Ipod Touch, as well as for the laptop computer.
